This month, Decatur has another great event in store for locals. Corks & Forks 2015 is just around the corner and it’s a fabulous affair for foodies and wine lovers. Enjoy delicious food samples from some of the city’s best restaurants and fine wines from all over the world at this must-attend event!
Taking place at the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel on Thursday, April 23 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Corks & Forks 2015 will feature food, drinks, an exciting silent auction with mobile bidding and an opportunity to purchase discounted wine. A VIP - “V.ino I.nspired P.eople” - pre-event will also be held!
Corks & Forks is a popular event every year, bringing together some of the area’s best restaurants and caterers under one roof, while giving guests an opportunity to chow for a cause. A portion of the proceeds from Corks & Forks 2015 will be donated to the Decatur Area Arts Council, an organization that supports art education and promotes art opportunities within the community.
