The full-size sedan is on sale now at Crown Toyota and offers all the same luxurious features it had before, with the exception of a new sport-tuned suspension on the Touring models. In addition, an XLE Plus version has been added to fit in between the base XLE and XLE Premium trims, while the Touring Sport has been discontinued.

Starting with the base XLE trim, it comes standard with 17-inch wheels, LED taillights, heated mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel with paddle shifters, leather upholstery, heated front seats, an eight-way power driver seat and a four-way power front passenger seat.
On top of these luxurious features, Avalon drivers will enjoy a long list of high-tech electronics: keyless ignition and entry, a 7-inch touchscreen with Toyota's Entune interface with voice controls, and Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity. Plus, this stylish sedan gets an eight-speaker audio system with a CD player, HD radio, satellite radio, a USB port and an auxiliary audio jack. The days of struggling to park and worrying about if you’re going to hit something while you back up are over in the 2016 Avalon, thanks to its rearview camera, which also comes standard.
Moving up to the new XLE Plus will give you an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a sunroof. A 10-way power-adjustable driver seat, heated rear seats and an 11-speaker sound system can be had on the highest trim: Avalon Limited.
You’ll have no problem pulling ahead of other vehicles on the road with the 3.5-liter V6 engine that powers the five-passenger sedan. Its motor produces 268 horsepower and 248 pound-feet of torque. Every Avalon model comes with a six-speed automatic transmission.
