Boo at the Zoo

On Halloween night, you’re sure to have a fright at the Scovill Zoo. This coming All Hallows Eve, and on select days leading up to the holiday, Scovill will host its annual Boo at the Zoo event. Booseum

Halloween isn’t just for kids. The Children’s Museum of Illinois is hosting an adults-only party that’s open to monsters, goblins and witches age 21 and over. If you want to eat, drink and be scary with your ghoul-friends, the Booseum party is only $15 to enter and will feature a costume contest, museum trick or treating, cocktails and a special Trick-or-Treat Raffle.

Halloween Hoopla

Also at CMI this holiday season is an all-ages event that’s perfect for kids, tweens and adults. Halloween Concerts

This month at Millikin University’s infamously haunted Albert Taylor Theatre there will be two nights of fang-tastic concerts put on by the school’s percussion ensemble. Costumes are recommended, especially if you want to compete in the costume contest for fun prizes! Tickets are available here.
