The Entune App Suite is available on nearly all new 2014 and 2015 Toyota models. The now subscription-free service is also integrated with navigation, phone and audio systems, and all are managed through easy-to-use touch-screen displays. While the app and data services are complimentary on Entune App Suite-equipped Toyota models, shoppers may choose to purchase subscription-based SiriusXM data service packages or XM Select packages.
Toyota's app suite has revolutionized the in-car experience using technologies that allow drivers and passengers to perform Internet searches on Bing, listen to music on iHeartRadio and Pandora, purchase movie tickets on MovieTickets.com, make restaurant reservations through OpenTable and much more while on the go. The included data services are another perk, offering the latest sports scores, up-to-the-minute stock information and more.
On top of this, every Entune multimedia unit provides advanced text-to-speech and voice-recognition technology, as well as added HD data services that offer weather with Doppler radar, predictive traffic reports and other useful information. Entune systems even include a Phonebook function that can manage thousands of contacts and house several phone numbers for each contact.
