Toyota Enhances Support for Manufacturing Team Members Through Childcare Center Investments
One of the biggest challenges parents face is finding dependable care for their children while they’re at work. This obstacle can make it difficult to pursue a career in your field or advance once you’re employed. Fortunately, Toyota is helping its manufacturing team members by introducing expanded childcare options designed to ease that burden.
Through its Way Forward Fund (WFF), Toyota is working to improve the lives of children affected by traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). Their primary goal is to provide funding that ensures children receive the necessary care for proper diagnosis and treatment, addressing both the short- and long-term effects of these injuries.
The recent wildfires in California have been devastating for those affected, as well as their family and friends. Support has been flowing in from across the state, nation, and world, including from corporations. Toyota is one such company stepping up to assist those impacted by the fires. Each year, Toyota contributes to the American Red Cross and SBP, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and communities recover from natural disasters.
